Edge Motorsport only offers customer support for items purchased directly through us. If you need help with a unit purchased from another dealer, you need to contact the dealer directly. 

Shipping Policy

We ship our items Australia wide. 

Many of our items are shipped from the UK so there can be a delay in receiving an item as it has to clear customs first. Please check the description on the individual item for more details.


All items shipped from the UK go through our offices first to ensure that items are received in good working order and that there is no damage in transit. We will keep you updated with item location while it's shipping from the UK. 

Tracking details will be emailed to you once the goods have been dispatched from our offices. If you have any queries regarding your order please contact us. 

If you are based in Adelaide, we may be able to deliver the item directly to you as well as provide installation service for a small charge. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns for a simple change of mind. If your item is faulty we can offer you a replacement or full refund as long as the item is returned in good condition and the fault is not caused by misuse of the item.
